He married (MRS.) MARY ELIZABETH "MOLLIE" JONES  (#2398) in Randolph County, Arkansas on November 24, 1915. Mary was born on January 1, 1872 and died on December 16, 1939 in Randolph County, Arkansas at 67 years of age. Her body was interred in Johnston Cemetery, Randolph County, Arkansas.
