232 viii. MARY CASSIE. JOHNSTON ⁵ (#1349) . REV. SAMUEL LARKIN⁴ JOHNSTON (LEWIS BURTON³, GEORGE GREGORY ("G.G." OR "GREG")², LEWIS¹) was born in Corning, Clay County, Arkansas, September 11, 1903. Mary died on September 24, 1996 in Briarwood, Ripley County, Missouri, at 93 years of age.  Her body was interred in Warm Springs, Arkansas, Palestine Cemetery.

She married ALVIN AZRO SHAVER (#2295) in Randolph County, Arkansas on December 9, 1923.   ALVIN was born in Ingram, Randolph County, Arkansas on August 13, 1897.  ALVIN died on February 19, 1968 in Reyno, Randolph County, Arkansas, at 70 years of age.   His body was interred in Warm Springs, Randolph County, Arkansas, Palestine Cemetery.
