OR "GREG")2, LEWIS1)was born on January 26, 1930 in Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma.  Estes died on July 13, 1998 in Aransas Pass, San Patricio County, Texas at 68 years of age.

He married BETTY ERNESTINE MULLENS (#2646) in Tokyo, Japan on May 24, 1952.  Betty was born in Barreckville, Marion County, West Virginia on November 29, 1929.  Betty is the daughter of Andrew Jackson Mullens and Mary Edith Cole.

ESTES WAYNE JOHNSTON and BETTY MULLENS had the following family:
