OR "GREG")², LEWIS¹) was born on August 27, 1941 in Pocahontas, Randolph County, Arkansas.  Thomas died on June 5, 2010 and was interred at the Pinelawn National Cemetery

He married PAULETTE RAMISTELLA (#2655) on November 27, 1965 at the United Methodist Church in Hicksville, New York. Paulette was born about 1943 at the New York City General Hospital in New York, New York.
