She married STEVEN DOUGLAS LOWE (#3291) in Woodland, Yolo County,  California on October 16, 1982.   Steven was born in Woodland, Yolo County, California on February 21, 1959. Steven is the son of Obie B. Lowe and Delores Joanne Schafer.

VICKI LYNN GASTINEAU and STEVEN DOUGLAS LOWE had the following children:
