Dear Syzdek Family Members,

THE 9^th SYZDEK FAMILY REUNION will be held JUNE 13, 2009 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Recreation Center in Bremond, Texas.

Registration will begin at 9:00 AM at the recreation center and there will be a Mass for all deceased family at 10:00 AM at the church.

Lunch will be catered by The Coal Mine Restaurant. The price will be $12.00 for each adult and $6.00 for children between the age of 5 and 10, but no charge for children under the age of 5. There will be small plates available for you to put food from your plate for the little ones, and as previously, we will be charged for each plate taken at the serving table, so please do not take a plate at the serving table for your little ones. Tea and coffee will be provided, and you may bring coolers with your preferred drink, such as soda, beer, etc. Ice will be available. This year desert will also be catered, but you are certainly welcome to bring a desert to share if you would prefer.

Please fill out the enclosed RSVP form, and return to me via mail or e-mail by June 1^st. If you would like to pay for the meal(s) in advance, please send a check made out to Patricia Syzdek for the total amount with your RSVP. You may of course pay at the reunion during registration (cash or check), but please send your RSVP no later than June 1^st, since we need to give the caterer a guaranteed count in advance.

If you would prefer to receive future reunion notifications via e-mail instead of by traditional mail (this will help lower our costs), please check the box on the RSVP form and fill in your e-mail address.

Please remember to bring those wonderful items for the auction and raffle, and any photos or genealogy information you wish to display. If you can help out at the registration table please place your name and the time you can help on the RSVP form. Also, since I am not sure if I have all the correct names and addresses, please check with your immediate family members to see if they have received their notifications. They can notify me with name and address and I will send an invitation, or they can simply respond via e-mail or be included in your RSVP.
